But also unexpectedly bitter?
When I drank the same drink at home
I think the bitterness was gone after a few days,

The brewer is a serious pro wrestling fan,
This sake was made in honor of Tetsuya Naito, who has Esperanza as his specialty.
It is a strange light sake with a sweet taste, but it leaves a distinctive aftertaste.

As someone who has seen Tetsuya Naito many times, this was a sake I was happy to have encountered.
