Gikyo is known for its Yamadanishiki, but this one uses Gohyakumangoku rice produced by a passionate farmer in the Nanto region of Toyama Prefecture.
What a taste I have never had before.
Melon aroma? Lemon?
It doesn't come with a bang, but it has a strong flavor and is very easy to drink.
There is little sweetness from the rice, and it is light.
