Sake made by bottling only the middle portion (chutori), which is considered the most delicious part of the sake when it is pressed. Only the "Nakadori" portion, which is considered to be well-balanced, is bottled from the sake that flows out of the unrefined sake after pressing. It has a well-balanced taste of sweetness and acidity along with a refreshing gaseous sensation, which is the charm of Kagaku-Masamune. Sake that is easy to drink with its clean sweetness and clear, refreshing acidity. Gubigubi delicious type 😋.
