I gave up on putting it on the table any longer and emptied a bottle 🧌🍶 with the sake monsters.
They kept calling it delicious, delicious, delicious, but I don't remember the specific taste...
Last year's year-end party
Asakai was given to me as a souvenir from Iwate by a junior colleague.
It is fruity but easy to drink.
Paired with sashimi platter (So_1F41F)
The first sake of the New Year is Seikagami🍶.
Dry sake with great bitterness and aroma
Pairing is a liver licking
May you enjoy drinking delicious sake again this year 🎍.
I finally came across Tedorigawa, which I did not have a chance to drink during my trip to Ishikawa!
It is refreshing and not too hard to drink in a good way, so it goes really well with sushi.
I was drinking and writing down notes until about halfway through the dry sake festival (an attempt by four people to drink all the dry sake at a sake tavern), but I was told to cut the crap and just take pictures 😞 I think it was dry but balanced in weight and flavor.
Ueno indeed. I love it because it doesn't look the best.
The general is so drunk he's overflowing from the first pour lol.
First time I've ever had konyo. I want to drink it hot next time 🍶.
The oden and dashiwari are the best in the world 🍢.
