A holiday drink to be consumed while anxiously awaiting the election results. From my experience, it is a little dry. It is easy to drink. However, it's only raw, so you get drunk quickly! There is a slight bitterness. I'm glad it's my first Yamaboshi! I prefer to drink it chilled.

It is a gift for me. I'm not a big fan of brewed alcohol stuff, but I like this! Delicious. The aroma is bananas, the texture is pleasant, but it's very smooth and clean. Sweet? The mouthfeel is almost melon-like. A little bitterness at the end, just before it goes down the throat. Akita sake is delicious.

With thick legs... At a rental villa with hot spring. It's great while getting into the open-air bath! I thought it would be sweet, but it's a nice, sharp and moderately slightly spicy? I bought a different version of the expedient I bought last year, which still seemed to be available! Cheap! About 1000 yen. I like the concept ♥ I like the taste better than the last one! I like Kunimare for local sake, but this is the first time I found it. 720 is less than 1000 yen and very inexpensive! And it even came with a box. It's not at a liquor store, not at a supermarket, but at a 7-Eleven for some reason, and it's just sitting there like a maniac (lol). The taste is not like Kunimare, in a good way. It's been a very long time since I've posted! This is my first Miyakanbai, and I'm surprised at how delicious it is! It is refreshingly sweet, but has a weight or taste that leaves a strong impression on the tongue after drinking. The alcohol content is low, but the taste and the umami that follows afterward are very good! The level of excitement is high! I would like to enjoy other patterns! I want to enjoy the other patterns! There is a hint of orikara at the bottom.

I found an interesting sake! I found it at a supermarket in Ashibetsu near Hokkaido and bought it without hesitation. It was probably a Hokkaido limited edition sake. I like how they clearly say, "We blend the sake we have in stock! I like the grace with which they tell us that they have it in stock. I love the fact that it's only 800 yen for a 900 ml bottle. Very cheap. It's cheaper than the 720ml bottle. I wonder if the blend is different. I thought it would have a rather bland taste, but it was surprisingly refreshing, or rather quite refreshing, in a good way, with no bland taste. I thought, "Wow, I really like it. It can be served cold or warmed up. I want to repeat it, in fact, I want to hoard it! It was great!
