I was happy, I drank, and I enjoyed it.
As someone who usually has a sweet-sweet tooth, my impression is that it's surprisingly medium. The bitterness comes a little at first.
The aroma is similar to lychee. The texture is soft on the tongue.
The bitter taste goes down the throat and then becomes sharp. However, it is not sharp.
It remains softly. It doesn't stop. I opened 720 bottles by myself. The final muddy taste is very pleasant.
It's great.
I reconfirmed that I like Sengoku the best.

This is my second Ni-Utsu-chan ♥ Yamada-Nishiki ♥.
Last time I thought it was a strange sake that changed its taste every time I drank it.
The aroma is slightly muscat. The texture is bitter at the beginning.
The texture on the tongue is bitter at first, but the sweetness immediately follows. It goes down the throat like whiskey (it's hard to tell).
