This is my second Ni-Utsu-chan ♥ Yamada-Nishiki ♥.
Last time I thought it was a strange sake that changed its taste every time I drank it.
The aroma is slightly muscat. The texture is bitter at the beginning.
The texture on the tongue is bitter at first, but the sweetness immediately follows. It goes down the throat like whiskey (it's hard to tell).
It tastes like it will make you drunk, but I like it very much.
Like last time, I think it is the most interesting sake to enjoy the change of taste.
I've decided that I'll definitely buy a bottle of Ni-Rabbit every year.
