A holiday drink to be consumed while anxiously awaiting the election results.
From my experience, it is a little dry. It is easy to drink. However, it's only raw, so you get drunk quickly!
There is a slight bitterness. I'm glad it's my first Yamaboshi!
I prefer to drink it chilled.
