Sweet and relieving. It is sweet but refreshing because it is a fresh sake. Delicious. My favorite type. When heated, the aroma opens up and the flavor becomes stronger. A little bit of a tang, but it's acceptable. I would like to drink it again.

I am a Nagano guesser under the influence of Kazuhiko Ota. I wanted to try it before dawn. When it is tepid, it does not open up too much sweetness, and the alcohol heating up. When served cold, it is crisp, sweet, and has a nice aroma. This was better drunk cold.
