I thought it was a little pale for an orikagami, but it was +10 dry 🤔.

I asked for a recommendation for warmed sake, and this was the Hana Haru.
I've never been a big fan of heated sake, but tonight I was cold, so I didn't hesitate to order it 🍶.
I was not bored with the dry sake, so I kept coming back to it and unusually, I had 3 gos of the same thing 🤣.
I was so happy that I could repeat it and I ended up drinking 3 goules of the same one 🤣 I'm sure heated sake will sink in from now on when you give it a try. N.E.

This is also a junmai sake, so it has a clean mouthfeel while retaining the umami of the rice 😋.
I have the impression that it is a little dry and the flavor is not so broad.

We used to start with beer at the first house, but recently we've been having a lot of sake from the beginning because it makes our stomachs growl 🤣.

It's been a long time since I've tasted Collage Junmai.
The taste is very good, you can feel the presence of rice, but it is not too heavy.
I did not feel much sweetness this time, but I think it's a good match with the snacks 🤔.
