N.E@Home Drinking
When I visited the brewery the other day, I brought my roadster along with me to this Jun Dai ☝️
It looks quite modern and a bit scruffy 🤭.
So my expectations are 💓high 🤗.
Now, the first sip...
It has a fruity sweetness that is typical of Koshi, but still has a clear mouthfeel and gives a wide range of tastes without being assertive, which is a mature style ✨.
It's soooo good ‼️ It's still good ‼️
Roadster is good in one sip ❗ and this one is always good ‼️? 🤔(hard to tell 😅 lol)
It was a lingering feeling that made me feel like I've grown up too, but then I was brought back to myself that realistically I'm too old to be an adult too 🤣. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning N.E 😃.

The Koshi has a very unique atmosphere from the way it looks 😳It reminds me of an adult in a mature way, which is exactly what it is for adults 😆. N.EHi Hiro, good evening 😆.

There was also a Daiginjo in the highest rank above this one, but as a pure lover, I chose this one.

A month ago, on the way back from a visit to Katori Jingu Shrine in Chiba, we stopped by the brewery Iinuma Honke in Koshi 🚗.
It was a very hot day and ☀️💦 was my usual unplanned stopover, so I didn't have any cold storage ready and gave up on the limited-edition draft sake 😢, so I chose the Roadster ❇️✨ that Jun-san recommended and I wanted to drink first.
The matte bottle is so cool 😎!
Now for the taste...

This one was just as delicious as the rumors⁉😙.
Chiba Sake Level "High" ☝️ maIaoQ7XKEUmeshu (plum wine) made with sake.
It is an unusual kind....
It is rich and delicious.
Umeshu made from plums grown in Chiba Prefecture and soaked in Koshimasamune's original sake. もーちゃんGorgeous ginjo sake aroma 🍶.

Masamune hunters go today🍶.
This is Masamune by Koshi-san, who has made a name for himself all over Japan 🤗.
The major label is "Kouko" but there are still labels that say "Masamune" in small letters 😌.
Take the train to the nearest station and when you arrive at the brewery, you will see a magnificent building that also seems to have a ❗️ campsite 🏕️ and a full range of facilities 🤩.
After looking around the brewery grounds, we went to the tasting corner and there it was: ❗️
Koshi with "Masamune" written in small letters on the label ‼️
Of course, I had to try it 😋.
Aged sake-like honey-like sticky sweetness 😚.
It has a slight green apple 🍏 taste at the end, which I felt was typical of Kouji.
I am glad to see that even though the sake has been aged, it still retains its "character" and spirit 🤗.
The fourth picture is an enameled sign🪧 found on the brewery grounds. It is a proof that the brewery used to be "Koshi Masamune" ✨.

I remember when I was in elementary school, I used to collect lids and one of the Koshi lids said "Koshi, Ki no Ene Masamune" and I was puzzled, "Koshi? I remember being puzzled. ヒロGood evening, freelancer man of the first generation!
I think it's hard for kids to read even "Kinonene", but when you add "Masamune" with no kanji written on it, it's baffling 😆.

Exploring Masamune in the vicinity is a nice short trip for a change 😆 Iinuma Honke is a nice place surrounded by nature. It would be great to stay there with a prestigious restaurant as well as a campsite ❗️

A side note...
On the way to the new Sono Kangiku beer bar near Chiba station, we stopped by Iinuma Honke. The historical appearance was overwhelming😊They had a lot of Koshi goods for sale, so I bought a t-shirt, a bag, and a boar's mouth 😊There was also a restaurant attached, but I didn't have enough time or room in my stomach to eat, so I'll go there next time. I had a bowl of udon noodles at a coffee shop and it was delicious 🫡.

You can drink pilsner and pale ale which are not available on the market 😊The premium all-you-can-drink menu includes a variety of Kangiku beers, sakekasu smoothies and Matsuo's famous draft server 😊.
