The year before last, I was comparing Snowball and Amami.
The year before last, they were both good, but in my opinion, Snowman won.
Last year, I drank Kangiku. Let's see what will happen at the end of this year....

This is a sake set that was sold with shochu at UTAGE.
The shochu was brewed in my birth year, so I wanted to drink it and bought it even though it was expensive. It was different from Shinmasa, but very tasty.
Even the yeast is different, but it is not only the yeast... Sake is so deep...
I can't keep up with the knowledge and understanding. But if it's good and enjoyable, it's good enough for me.

This is another one that I happened to stumble into my usual liquor store and found on the shelf. I had drunk lapis lazuli before, but I thought it was too sweet, so I thought I'd pass on it. I thought I would pass on it, but the label was so cool that I bought it just to buy it. I'm glad I didn't pass it up.
It was really delicious.

My first Hana-Hiyo-Yo
I had never seen this one before, but I was lucky enough to find it at a liquor store I often go to.
I heard it was pineapple, but I remember being surprised that it was more pineapple than I expected.

Oroku出雲麹屋 にごり

My first Oroku
I bought a small bottle of 300ml and drank it.
I thought that I could drink more varieties if there were more bottles of this size, and I also thought that I couldn't tell the change after opening the bottle.
This one was quite cloudy, carbonated, and tasty.
Basically, I like cloudy sake.

The nigori at the end of the year was delicious, so I had the light nigori as well, and there was no doubt about it. It was very tasty.
I will definitely drink Kangiku's nigori-style sake in the future.

I have been drinking a lot of Kangiku since the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, but none of them are out of place.
I thought it was too sweet for a while, so I haven't had it for a while, but I'll try it again regularly.

Shinshu Kirei山田錦 純米吟醸

My first Shinshu Kamerei!
It was always sold out, but luckily I bought it at a local liquor store.
It has a sweet taste but a slightly bitter aftertaste, and it seems to go down smoothly.
No wonder it is so popular. It is hard to buy, so it is not something I can drink regularly, but I would like to buy it again if I can because it is near a special distributor.

There is a special distributor a few minutes walk away, but they usually start selling it during the day on weekdays and run out within a few hours, I'm afraid.
