What I got.
Junmai Daiginjo from a major brewery.
It was a stylish bottle, and it was unfiltered sake, so I had high expectations for what it would be like.
It doesn't have the aroma, sweetness, or freshness of a mature sake.
I'm not a fan of mellow sake, so unfortunately it's a bit subtle.
