Sake-like sweetness Sake-like taste with moderate sourness and bitterness, but nothing too special... I felt a little bit of rummy taste. Longer aftertaste, but there is a lingering smell in the umami aftertaste. I felt it was just right for a mealtime drink.

Following beta, we will go alpha! Is the aroma similar to beta? No aroma, only sourness, just like beta. When you drink it, the base is the same, only less sour and more bitter. It feels more light and refreshing because of that. The aftertaste is less sour and more refreshing. There is sweetness behind the sourness, and the balance is better than the beta. This is a sake that is not too different from other sake. If beta is lemon, alpha is hassaku? Grapefruit? It has the image of a sour citrus fruit with sweetness. I feel more sugar than beta. But in any case, it is a sour sake, and I wonder if it is just the sweetness compared to the beta, or if it is a very sour sake. It is a sake I would like to drink in the summer.

Sour! Very sour, just as the previous review said. Lemon juice? This is a refreshing summer drink! As a lemon lover, it was a big hit! After the lemon, you get a little bit of rice flavor and smell, but it's still lemon! There is a bitter taste in the back, but it is not that strong! This is a sake to be drunk with gusto! It's hard to believe it's sake! It is like a white wine with strong acidity! A little expensive, but I'm glad I got it! I'm looking forward to the next alpha in the fridge!

Very nice and refreshing aroma. When you drink it, it's good! First of all, that's it. The citrusy sweetness is just as refreshing as the aroma. The acidity comes in quickly and cuts through the sweetness. The overall taste may be dry, but the sweetness is also very strong. But the sweetness is not too strong, which is what you would expect from Tsuneyama, and there is a sense of petitiveness. Of course I'm a Tsuneyama fan, but even without that, it's too good! I want to know what they are blending lol! Thanks Yaemaki Sake Shop for offering such a rare sake!
