Following beta, we will go alpha!
Is the aroma similar to beta? Like beta, no aroma, only a sour aroma.
When you drink it, the base is the same, only less sour and more bitter.
That makes it feel more light and refreshing.
The aftertaste is less sour and more refreshing.
There is sweetness behind the sourness, and the balance is better than Alpha.
This is a sake that is not too different from other Japanese sake.
If β is lemon, α is hassaku? Grapefruit? It has the image of a sour citrus fruit with sweetness.
I feel more sugar than beta.
But in any case, it is a sour sake, and I wonder if it is just the sweetness compared to the beta, or if it is a very sour sake.
It is a sake I would like to drink in the summer.
