The aroma is quite gorgeous and sweet! The sharpness is still there, but I'm surprised that this kind of sake is also available.
It is delicious, with no cloying taste, and the Fukuro-hozuri (hanging in a pouch) technique really comes to life!
The fact that the brewery's highest-grade sake is Sakahomare instead of Yamadanishiki is also a good sign of the consistency of the philosophy. ジャイヴTen days have passed since the beginning of December, and there are only three weeks left in this year. 😮💨

Abe Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
I bought it in early spring and it has been sitting in the cellar for a long time, but it was originally bottled last October, so it has been sitting there for a whole year 🤣.

Aroma of sweet and mellow rice, strong gassy feeling at the mouth, strong sweetness of rice, deep, long and pleasant aftertaste, and sweet aroma that escapes through the nose at the end.

[Mokkiri]
Cool and sweet rice aroma, strong gassy sensation on the tongue, followed by a long and pleasant aftertaste with a strong sweetness, and a sweet aroma lingering at the end.

The entrée was locally caught sashimi of round horse mackerel and sashizaki-zakari (sashimi).
The 4th picture is the top of the local mountain [Mt. Hino] has turned white or 🏔️ the lower part of the mountain still has autumn leaves!
[Hinoyama is also known as Echizen Fuji in the Echizen City area of Fukui Prefecture, where Murasaki Shikibu lived away from Kyoto for the only time in her life. ma-ki-Hi, Gyve-san.

I think the mild sweetness of the shwashwa came to the forefront, probably due to the fact that the raw sake was laid down for over a year 😁.

Wife and kids went home to see the festival at my parents-in-law's house, so I had to take a local train to catch up with them 🚃.
I went to Fukui station, so I stopped by Osaketo (fish) and Mizumoto (wine), where I always buy "Abe" (rice wine), for the first time 🚶.
I looked around the store to see what I wanted to drink and found something I liked, so I decided on this one 🍶.
Hakuryu Junmai Ginjo KEYKEG
The first sake brewery in Fukui Prefecture to introduce KEG bottles 😲.
Fruity and sweet rice aroma, fresh and juicy sweetness from the slight carbonation on the tip of the tongue to a full and pleasantly sweet aftertaste, and finally a strong bitterness that lingers in the back of the throat.
Wow! This is quite delicious!
Hakuryu" is a sweet Fukui sake, but it is considered dry in Japan, but I didn't expect it to be so mellow and fruity. ✨️
KEG bottles, I'd love to try some of the other breweries 💡.

I was worried about buying Hakudakeyama Hiyayogoshi, but it was sold out.
I knew it was popular 😆.
The first meeting was at Akiyoshi. ジャイヴBBQ at my parents' house, quickly emptied a small amount of low-alcohol "Akanesasu" and went on to the next drink 🍶.
We had bought 14 bottles of sake (one of them was "Akanesasu") on our trip to Shinshu, which was 10 bottles more than we had planned, so we decided to drink the sake we had in stock and opened this one ✨.
Abe Junmai Nama Sake.
The aroma of tranquil and plump rice flavor, the slight carbonation you feel on the tip of your tongue, the shift to a sizzling umami and sweetness, the sharp finish, and the deep lingering aftertaste that makes you feel a little bit sad.
The luxury of drinking nama-zake outside, with a slightly cooler night breeze and the faint chirping of crickets, is an extremely pleasant and intoxicating experience.
Even my father, who said it was a bit sweet, seemed to like it as he drank it with ease.
The kids made s'mores with marshmallows on skewers and enjoyed the BBQ to the fullest!
My dad used to prepare the BBQ by himself, but since his back surgery, he's been doing it on his own.
I think it's proof that he's still in good health that he doesn't give up the fire 🤔.

Abe THE ARANAMI
It is sold in early spring, and the brewery's idea is to let people taste the state of the rice of the year, so the year the rice melts is "SAZANAMI", while the year it does not melt well is "ARANAMI".
The moment I opened the package and removed the outer packaging, I was surprised to see a powerful "pop! The lid shot out with great force! I thought "Oh no!" but it didn't blow out and I was relieved💦.
[Gulping down the sake]
The aroma of rice is full and lactic acidic, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet, and the acidity is very sharp, and after it finishes, there is a sweet rice aroma and a deep aftertaste on the nose.

[Glass]
A clean rice aroma, a slight carbonation felt on the tip of the tongue, a clean sweet umami, a sharp acidity, and a lingering sweet citrus-like aroma after it finishes.
This is also an 11-second trip time!
Double tataki of Spanish mackerel and bonito for the entrée, and add garlic chips for a punchy flavor with the sweet and savory taste that is typical of "Abe".
Finally watched [Yonjohan Taiman Machine Blues], which I wanted to watch while drinking, and the key to the story [Gozan no Okuribi] is already next week ✨. ma-ki-Hi Gyve-san, good evening.

I found out after I bought it that there are 3 versions: Nama-shu, Nama-kumi, and Hi-ire ✨.

The aroma of rice and banana with a hint of sweetness, the rich sweetness of the mouthfeel, the sweet aftertaste through the nose, and the slight bitterness at the end.

It is said that the base "FOMALHAUT", which is made by using kijo sake instead of brewing water, has been aged for a longer period of time,
As the label on the back says, the overwhelming sweetness comes to the forefront, and it has a characteristic sweet aftertaste that almost makes you feel as if you are going to be consumed.
Compared to the base, the sharp acidity is gone, and the sweet flavor is enhanced.
