At a restaurant on a business trip.
After enjoying a variety of sakes, this was the last sake I drank at the end of my trip. The sweetness and full flavor of the rice spread out as it was served hot, and the acidity and bitterness from the Yamahai method balanced it out, warming the body and soul and making you feel happy.
