Since it was New Year's, I was a little excited.
It was more sake-like than I expected, and had a more robust flavor than most nama-zake. I think the regular Romain might be better for everyday drinking!

Mutou Kakushikyu Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
I bought this bottle when I saw the label "Kakushikyu" (hidden ball).
It has a strong acidity, and as the label says, it is like an apple liquor. Once again, I learned about the wide range of sake!
...But it's a little disappointing because today's mood was for a more orthodox sake. I will give it a little more time.

Complex flavor but with a clean aftertaste.
However, personally, I still have a little bit of a hard time with sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast.
