First time in a long time to use a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast!
Complex flavor but with a clean aftertaste.
However, personally, I still have a little bit of a hard time with sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast.
I would like to compare various tastes to find the one that suits me best!
