I don't like many cloudy ones, but I can drink this one! The sweetness that only a four-stage brewing can give? Umami? It has a sweetness or umami (flavor) that only a 4-step brewing process can produce. It is so delicious that you will finish it before you know it.

Comparison of le lac. Left (red): Akita Sake Komachi, Right (green): Miyamanishiki Akita Sake Komachi has a sweetness in the first sip, while Miyamanishiki has a sourness in the first sip. The difference in taste is the difference in rice...? I still want to learn a lot more!

3 days after opening mouth -Akita Komachi The balance between sweetness and ripeness has improved! Good taste before the bitterness! -Miyamanishiki The bitterness became stronger. This is good, but I prefer it right after opening the mouth. Surprised at the difference!

Comparison of different rice brands. From left to right: Koshitanrei, Gohyakumangoku, and Takananishiki. The differences in taste were great fun to be able to drink them all at the same time. For me, the Koshitanrei was delicious because of its sake-like taste, but the Gohyakumangoku was the most popular. It is indeed easy to drink!

Same brand, comparison (label on the left) Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. It has an aroma and sweetness like a fresh sake. The moment you put it in your mouth, it is sweet, but the aftertaste has the flavor of sake.Comparing the two, while they are made by the same brewery, I thought the mouthfeel was completely different, but the aftertaste was similar. It was an interesting drinking experience!

Same brand, comparison (label on the right) Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. It has a clean taste and seems to go well with fish. It was delicious with both light and fatty fish. It is a little spicy, so it may be good for those who like sake, but not for those who like sweet sake.
