My favorite Mimuro cedar. And Sake Mirai! It's sure to be delicious! I was so disappointed that I let it sit for 2 months, but finally opened the bottle! As expected! Too delicious! I love it too much! It's great as a food wine and on its own too! Memo ★★★★★ R

I bought this last month. "I definitely want to drink this while watching the fireworks!" but I've been holding back because I wanted to drink it while watching fireworks! Finally I could drink it! I bought some snacks at a food stand, laid out a leisure sheet, and sipped it while watching the fireworks! I opened the bottle! It tastes great! The cherry blossom cup was delicious, but the HANABI Cup is even better while watching the fireworks! I wish I had bought more! I definitely want to drink it again next year! Memo ★★★★★ R

I picked up a bottle of Ken Aizan thinking, "Sharaku is always good, so this must be good, too...". As I expected, it was delicious! I imagined it would have a sweeter taste because it is Aizan, but unexpectedly it had a clean and crisp taste! Perhaps it's because I'm so used to low-alcohol sake these days, but at 16%, it feels a little strong. I would like to try Banshu Aizan next time! Memo ★★★★★

I bought this when I went to Nagasaki. I really like the taste! The whole time I was saying, "It's delicious! Delicious~! and drank it all up! I had to settle for a small bottle because they only had 300ml of the raw sake, but if it tastes this good, I wish I had bought several bottles! I wonder if the flavor changes when it is fired.
