I picked up a bottle of Ken Aizan thinking, "Sharaku is always good, so this must be good, too...".
As I expected, it was delicious!
I imagined it would have a sweeter taste because it is Aizan, but unexpectedly it had a clean and crisp taste!
Perhaps it's because I'm so used to low-alcohol sake these days, but at 16%, it feels a little strong.
I would like to try Banshu Aizan next time!
