I bought it unexpectedly because it was sold exclusively at an antenna store in Hokkaido. It is unusual in that the sake is contained in a carved wooden bear-like ceramic! Pon-epele apparently means "little bear" in Ainu language. The taste is very refreshing and easy to drink. It is slightly dry with a sharp aftertaste. It tastes good with a refreshing aftertaste! A friend gave me this bottle as a birthday present. It is a limited edition and is apparently hard to find. The refreshing aroma that goes straight to your nose. The mouthfeel is slightly smooth. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness, but it soon turns crisp and dry. The aftertaste is also dry, which is pleasant to me as a dry wine lover!
