This was my first drink of 2024.
I was able to open the bottle without too much trepidation because of the perforated stopper.
It has a perfect chouashouka feeling, and my expectations were high.
When I poured it into the glass, it had a very nice, cloudy, chouffeured taste.
In the mouth, it has a slight bitterness, but a moderate sweetness comes through with a small aftertaste, and it goes down smoothly.
I have this wine every year and it never disappoints.
I am looking forward to another year.
