It is not a screw cap, but a crown type.
I chilled it in the refrigerator and tried to open the bottle slowly, but I could see bubbles and the lees at the bottom started to move slightly.

It took about 5 minutes to open the bottle.
After mixing the lees and pouring it into a glass, it was just a splash!
The aroma is sweet with a hint of koji.
When you take a sip, it is just like a makwari without the sweetness.
The bitterness comes later.
