Annual trip to Niigata
This time, unlike usual, I went to Murakami City.
Murakami is a city of salmon, and during the time I visited, I was able to see a lot of salted salmon hanging in the streets.
This sake is sold exclusively in the Murakami area by Miyao Shuzo, famous for its sake called "Shimeharizuru.
We were able to purchase it at the brewery.
Incidentally, the brewery was open to visitors.
When we opened the cork, we could smell the good aroma of koji and a slight alkaloise odor.
When you take a sip, a slightly sweet and savory taste like tortoiseshell candy spreads in your mouth.
The aftertaste is sharp.
The alcohol content is 19%, which is quite strong, but I couldn't help but drink it.
It's also very wallet-friendly, and if it were available in Osaka, I would definitely buy it...
