I stopped by Heiwa Sake Brewery on my way back from buying fresh shirasu and tachi-yaki (grilled swordfish) at Yuasa. The hiyaoroshi (cold sake) will be on sale from next week, so I brought back the recommended summer sake. It has a gorgeous, fruity aroma and is refreshing and cool to the throat, a true summer sake.
