The taste goes smoothly down the throat.
The taste wears off quickly.
The dryness is weak and the taste is very refreshing.
Warmed to lukewarm
Mellow aroma
The aroma and flavor are much more pronounced and delicious.
When paired with sashimi, it does not enhance the flavors of each other, but for some reason it seems to go well with it.
Hot sake
Aroma similar to corn
The flavor is not as broad as that of lukewarm sake, but it has a nice lightness that rinses the palate quickly.
Better with strong flavored hormones than sashimi
Tastes best lukewarm, and is easy to pair with snacks.
