Why is the ratio not exactly 3:1, but slightly more Sakekomachi?
I wondered if this ratio was the best after trying many things.
But it's delicious. It's juicy but not too sweet, and the acidity is just right. It's not too fizzy, and it goes down the throat just fine.

I've had Masumi a few times, but I had never seen this other brand of Miyasaka from the same brewery at a local liquor store.
We met this sake at a liquor store in Nagano and Matsumoto, where we were traveling.
I can't stop visiting liquor stores on my travels because of these encounters.
