I've let it lie for a while, but it's finally here 👏. I bought it because it is a fantastic Association No.1 yeast. The price is also high-cost at 1265 yen including tax: ❗️ It's not transparent, but yellow in color. I guess it doesn't taste bad, but it might taste better if it is heated 🤔. P.S. It was delicious when I heated it up. It's sweet hot sake. ☺️ I recommend heating this 👍

My favorite Shinshu Kamerei: ❣️ I put it to sleep for about 2 months. It's delicious no matter which kind I drink☺️ It's in my hall of fame 🎊 I have a lot of other sake I want to drink. I will continue to buy it as long as I can afford it.

I was completely captivated by the "nigori" at Hirotogawa River 😆. I bought a bottle of Kirizukuba light nigori that I had at a sake stand last year. It's a four-pack for 1,320 yen, tax included, and very cosy 👏. I can't compare it to Hirotogawa's nigori, but... I think this is a good one👍

The sixth Tokyo drinking session. After the Hirotogawa special junmai, the last sake I had was the nigori from Amami. I was completely hooked on nigori with Hirotogawa. This was delicious with some acidity 🙏. Sake is great after all❗️.

The fourth Tokyo drink. After the Jyushiyo, I had Shinsei No.6. It has a different taste from the Jyushiyo. Sake that is popular is exceptional ❗️. I'm afraid I'll get used to it😅

It was my first time to try otter. I bought a small one to try it out. I like this size👍 I had it with a bowl of rice topped with seafood from Donmaru. It's smooth and tasty ☺️.

I found this Nabeshima at a passing liquor store in Tokyo during GW. It is not easy to find in my hometown. It is hi-iri, but it was just as delicious as I expected it to be. It was rich and tasteless, and the more I drank, the better it tasted 😌. I guess popular sake tastes good👍.

Taikan was given to me by my father. Recently, Morishima by the same Morishima Shuzo brewery has become popular, but I think the original Taikan is this one. Sake brewed by the toji clan of Hitachiniku 🍶. It was fresh and delicious ☺️.
