I found this Nabeshima at a passing liquor store in Tokyo during GW.
It is not easy to find in my hometown.
It is hi-iri, but it was just as delicious as I expected it to be.
It was rich and tasteless, and the more I drank, the better it tasted 😌.
I guess popular sake tastes good👍.

Recently, Morishima by the same Morishima Shuzo brewery has become popular, but I think the original Taikan is this one.
Sake brewed by the toji clan of Hitachiniku 🍶.
