The one on the far left of the drinking set. It has a clear taste. It is recommended as a food sake, but I don't like it because it is too acidic.

The flavor and acidity are taken out and the gentle slight sweetness is just right. Delicious!

I ordered this sake because of the name, and it's a damn tasty sake! Sweet, deep, exquisite!

THE WINERY KYOTO

It seems to be a very hard-to-find sake. The label does not give much information such as the rice polishing ratio, but it has a mysterious and luxurious feel. It is dry and has a strong flavor. I guess it is for adults.

A junmai sake with quite a sweet taste. It is written "Aozora" (blue sky), and the concept seems to be to enjoy it slowly under a blue sky. A delicious sake with a wonderful concept.

It's not called "Oni Warabe", it's called "Kido"! It's a little dry, but not too bad. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a strong flavor.

I tried it because of the name and label, but I don't think I really like it... It's not sweet and it's too thick, so I guess it's a bit of a misnomer... It's funny though!

I was curious because it was served as "ginjo-style" at the store, even though it was a special junmai. Indeed it is! This is quite tasty!

It has a mild and gentle taste, but while it is easy to drink, it does not have a very distinctive flavor, making it a safe sake.

It's easy to drink because of its clean taste, but not so much that it's particularly tasty.
