I heard that Kannon Shita is read as "Kanagaso", but it is a dry sake with a relatively high alcohol content. It has a bit of a kick to it, which is interesting.
I originally like Jikin, but even the muddy sake, which I don't usually drink, is still delicious! It is slightly carbonated and not too harsh, with just the right amount of cloudiness.
A Japanese restaurant in Minase had a junmai sake called "Minase" and I really wanted to try it. It's not my favorite because it's dry, but easy to drink is easy to drink.
It's fresh and acidic mixed with flavor and sweetness, it's also fruity and something like that, it's got a lot of different flavors, but it's not that good, is it? 😅
