It has a juicy mouthfeel with a muscat and melon aroma. It is neither heavy nor light, with just the right amount of rice sweetness, acidity, and muscat-like fruity sensation. It has a sharpness and is very easy to drink.
This is delicious. It has a low alcohol content, but it tastes great to begin with. It tastes like a sweet and sour lime. It also has a nice freshness to it. You can't help but drink too much of it!
I knew it would be delicious. It has a fresh aroma reminiscent of white grapes, with just the right amount of sweetness. It also has a nice slightly carbonated taste.
I have nothing more to say. It is very delicious. It has a green apple-like aroma, sourness, sweetness, and a mild bitterness.
The aftertaste is also refreshing and leaves no complaints.
It's really good. The aroma has a fruity flavor reminiscent of pineapple.
It has a mild taste, with just the right amount of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness. It is light and refreshing, and you can drink it without hesitation. It is a very delicious sake.
Ni-Rabbit is still delicious.
The rich umami and aroma are followed by a bitter sharpness, but the mouthfeel is quite refreshing. The first sip gives a sense of heaviness, but it is not difficult to drink at all, and is recommended as a food sake.
Hirotogawa Special Junmai, a standard brand. This is good. The sake itself is not flashy, but the sweetness of the rice spreads softly and the aroma smells like melon. It is good chilled or lukewarm, and goes well with food!
Tsukiyoshino from Ueda, Shinshu
This oorigaran sake has a refreshing taste on the palate. The aroma of green apples and muscat-like fruit is highly detectable, followed by a sweet taste,
After the sweet taste, it goes down quickly and crisply.
It goes well with meals!
Beaumichelle is my latest addiction,
It has a softly spread sweetness and flavor. It is easy to drink, yet still somewhat light. The slightly fruity aroma is also good.
It is sharp and very easy to drink.
It is hard to believe it is sake. It is like a white wine.
The alcohol content is also low, so you can enjoy it easily.
Beaumichel is my latest addiction. It has a pleasantly acidic flavor reminiscent of white grapes, with a gaseous taste. It has a clean aftertaste, but the ori (oli) gives it a fuller, richer flavor, making it a good choice for sake beginners.
The alcohol content of 9 degrees is quite low for a sake, making it easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much!
Shinshu Kamerei has become very popular. It is difficult to buy it even at local sake stores, but I happened to find it and bought it. I thought I had already had enough of it, but I realized it was my first time drinking it, so I am uploading it here as a reminder.
It is light and easy to drink, and is a recommended dry sake for nightly drinking. It is light, but has a rich mouthfeel with a fruity, sweet flavor. Needless to say, the taste is delicious.
The palate has a ripe apple-like aroma.
It has a rich flavor, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
Very tasty. I recommend it at a moderate price!
Mikotsuru's active limited edition sake. It is an activated nigori sake made from Yamae-Nishiki. It is an excellent sparkling sake with carbon dioxide gas from the bottle fermentation process, and each fine bubble leaves a pleasant dry sensation on the tongue. It was delicious! I will be back next year!
I drank ZAKU for the first time. I can't explain it well, but it was the first time for me personally. The aroma is full and lychee-like, just like the description says, and it goes down your throat very nicely. The aftertaste is very sharp, so it goes well with food and is an all-around great sake.
I chose it for its low price and cosmetics. It can be served at room temperature or chilled. It may be good for everyday drinking, but to be honest, it did not surprise me much.
Toyokan is still inexpensive and delicious!
It has a fresh, full, muscat-like mouthfeel. It is recommended as a food wine because of its good cost performance!
