Sake rice Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 50%.
The sake was sharp and refreshing.
It was easy to drink.
However, although it is a junmai daiginjo, unfortunately, I did not find it to be that good.
Maybe it was because I expected too much (^_^; ).
The aroma was fruity with a clean aftertaste, and it was a very delicious sake!
It's been a long time since I've had a hit!
I like it so much that I want to hoard it.
Purchased at a local liquor store.
Sake made from the popular sake rice Kame-no-o.
It has a very fruity aroma.
It was refreshing, easy to drink, and very tasty.
This sake was given to me by a relative.

It was more mellow and tasty after a few days than right after opening the seal.
This is a drink I received at a friend's house.
It was a while ago, so I can't remember the taste...
It seemed to be good...
My memory is fuzzy (^_^;)
Just as a record of the drink.
This sake was recommended to me by a liquor store I visited for the first time.
Yamada Nishiki.
It has a mild taste, but the throat feels clean.
It is mysterious and delicious.
It is written "Mukaze" and read "Centipede".
It was recommended by a liquor store I always go to.
It is a seasonal limited edition of Aizu Musume.
Light nigori.
Very beautiful color.
It's refreshing and easy to drink.
A friend brought this drink to me.
It is easy to drink like water!
But the aftertaste is soft and full of flavor.
This was really delicious and surprised me.
I forgot to take a picture, and this is a post with an empty bottle (^_^;)
