Tenbi for the first time in my life.
Here are my impressions after drinking Tenbi after Kangiku.
The supernatant has a slight sweetness, a chirichiri sensation, a slight spiciness and bitterness, and a smooth, crisp finish.
When mixed with ori, the flavor of the rice can be felt even more. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink.
