Saga Prefecture is a memorable place that I first visited to support my daughter who participated in the Inter-High School Championships. It is also the birthplace of Egashira 2:50. Egashira is a comedian whose likes and dislikes are clearly divided, but I, being an "ataoka," love him (laughs). Everyone already knows how delicious Nabeshima is, so my only comment is "umashira~". It has a mellow, fresh flavor that reminds me of tropical fruit. It is a finish that you can taste from the bottom of your heart🍸✨✨. The cutting edge of modern taste, if you don't put the brakes on yourself, you'll drink too much 😅.

Gotemba Ishikawa Brewery is a new sake brewery that was created in January 2025. Fuji and "Gotemba Koshihikari" (rice) were attractive to me, so I bought some at the brewery🗻. Fuji & limited quantity serial number 41 (drunk). I'm kind of excited♪♪ The taste has a slight sweetness, followed by an alty feeling, and then an astringent & bitter aftertaste that passes down the throat 🍶. If you like classical sake, this is the sake for you 🍶.

Aroma: Sweet and tart. After the soft sweetness and piquant acidity, it goes down your throat smoothly without any aliveness or bitterness🍊🌾. Fresh & refreshing, very easy to drink and very tasty 🍸. The theme of the flavor is expressed by the color of the label, which is cool. I also like the fact that it is wrapped in plastic to protect it from UV rays. Cosy and I love it 🍸✨.

Tenei Village, where Matsuzaki Brewery is located, is surrounded by rich nature and beautiful countryside, just like Moomin Valley, with very beautiful scenery 🌳. Gorgeous aroma. It has an elegant sweetness and umami flavor that fills the mouth, with a slight spiciness that gives it a crisp, clean taste. It has a sweeter taste than last year🍎. The rich, yet uncluttered taste gives the impression of Hirotogawa's high quality. The water from Ten'ei Village and the deliciousness of the rice are expressed in a very nice finish. Sake from Fukushima Prefecture is truly delicious 🍸✨.

Fruity, subtle aroma. From its elegant sweetness and acidity, the tight bitterness is like the taste of sweet and sour love. However, I have no experience of sweet and sour love... The bitterness gives it a crisp and refreshing taste, making it a great flavor to enjoy with food. Today is the Doll's Festival 🎎. I'm enjoying "kangiku" while eating steak with garlic sauce made by my wife and bitter wild vegetables sent by my daughter 🍸✨. It goes surprisingly well with hina arare (rice crackers).

SILVER 1814 followed by SILVER 7 🍸. This is the last bottle of souvenir for myself on my trip to Nagasaki. It also has an elegant aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the acidity, then the mellow sweetness and umami. It tastes fresh and fruity🍇 and refreshing. I am now a fan of Yokoyama 🍸✨.

This is the first time in my life that I have been in Jiran. It's a souvenir for myself from my trip to Nagasaki♪♪ It was on my list of sake I wanted to drink. I finally got my wish and was able to drink it 🍸✨I'm so happy ☺️ Lactic sweet aroma. It has a soft sweetness, followed by a sourness and a moderate spiciness, with a slight bitterness and a crisp aftertaste 🍸. It is a refreshing sake with a taste that can be enjoyed with a meal✨. I had an image of dry sake in my mind, but "Hiran Classic" is modern, easy to drink and very tasty.

This is the first time in my life that I have been to Yokoyama. I went to Nagasaki for a tour of Gunkanjima (Battleship Island). I took the tram and bought it at the Yoshida Sake Shop closest to my hotel 🍸. It has a very sweet aroma. The taste is very sweet, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness, and then the mellow sweetness and umami. It tastes fresh and fruity 🍊 and refreshing. The conversation with the proprietress of the sake store was a pleasant memory of my trip to Nagasaki 😊.

This is the first sake from Shinshu in my life 🍸. The taste of "Tsukiyoshino" has a gentle sweetness and quite a bit of acidity that fills the mouth, and the alcohol and spiciness give the impression of a clean and crisp taste 🍸✨. It is brewed by a female toji who trained at Okazaki Sake Brewery, famous for Shinshu Kamerei, and according to Hidebo at the sake store, it is "getting better and better every year" ✨.

This is the first Jikin in my life 🍸✨ I thought I had no luck with Jikin, as I never won the lottery, but at the end of the year I was able to purchase my first "one per person" ✨. The other day at work, a girl in high school said to me, "That's so emo!" I said, "That's old school! I was laughed at and said, "Now it's melodic! She laughed at me. To borrow a phrase from her, the first time in my life, I tasted Jikkai is a true "melodious" flavor💕. I fully enjoyed the taste of sake brewed with the wisdom and skill of our ancestors, which has been passed down through the generations, and the diligent efforts of the modern craftsmen who have inherited it 🍸✨✨Thank you for the delicious sake.

I had purchased two bottles of Junmai Ginjyo Orikigarami "弐". The same "弐" was sold at two different liquor stores.... I feel sorry for those who were not able to buy it, even though it is a "one bottle per person, please" brand. Due to my age, I cannot see the label and cannot tell whether it is "二" or "三" anymore. I still resist wearing reading glasses 🤭. The taste of the Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Ⅱ is perfect as I mentioned above. I wanted to try the "San" but unfortunately I couldn't buy it this time. I can't wait for next season 🍸✨.

Kudokibe is one of the brands that I pick up without hesitation when I find it on the store shelves, because it has a sense of stability that never lets me down no matter which series I drink. I have always been curious about this "Glorious Fuji" but never picked it up. This is my first purchase because of the very cute label 🐻. My first impression was that it was very tasty. I regret that I didn't pick up Eikoufuji earlier. Yamagata Prefecture has not only "Jyushidai" and "Kudokibe" but also "Eikoufuji" and many other delicious sake.
