This is the first sake from Shinshu in my life 🍸. The taste of "Tsukiyoshino" has a gentle sweetness and quite a bit of acidity that fills the mouth, and the alcohol and spiciness give the impression of a clean and crisp taste 🍸✨. It is brewed by a female toji who trained at Okazaki Sake Brewery, famous for Shinshu Kamerei, and according to Hidebo at the sake store, it is "getting better and better every year" ✨.

This is the first Jikin in my life 🍸✨ I thought I had no luck with Jikin, as I never won the lottery, but at the end of the year I was able to purchase my first "one per person" ✨. The other day at work, a girl in high school said to me, "That's so emo!" I said, "That's old school! I was laughed at and said, "Now it's melodic! She laughed at me. To borrow a phrase from her, the first time in my life, I tasted Jikkai is a true "melodious" flavor💕. I fully enjoyed the taste of sake brewed with the wisdom and skill of our ancestors, which has been passed down through the generations, and the diligent efforts of the modern craftsmen who have inherited it 🍸✨✨Thank you for the delicious sake.

I had purchased two bottles of Junmai Ginjyo Orikigarami "弐". The same "弐" was sold at two different liquor stores.... I feel sorry for those who were not able to buy it, even though it is a "one bottle per person, please" brand. Due to my age, I cannot see the label and cannot tell whether it is "二" or "三" anymore. I still resist wearing reading glasses 🤭. The taste of the Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Ⅱ is perfect as I mentioned above. I wanted to try the "San" but unfortunately I couldn't buy it this time. I can't wait for next season 🍸✨.

Kudokibe is one of the brands that I pick up without hesitation when I find it on the store shelves, because it has a sense of stability that never lets me down no matter which series I drink. The freshly squeezed aroma with a fruity flavor is very exciting 🍏. I have always been curious about this "Glorious Fuji" but never picked it up. This is my first purchase because of the very cute label 🐻. My first impression was that it was very tasty. I regret that I didn't pick up Eikoufuji earlier. Yamagata Prefecture has not only "Jyushidai" and "Kudokibe" but also "Eikoufuji" and many other delicious sake.

First time in my life, takachiyos. The supernatant is slightly fruity with a gentle sweetness. It is delicious and easy to drink with no sweetness and a clean aftertaste. When the cage is mixed, the lactic acidity is followed by a bitter sensation that comes on crisp and tight, like the spin kick of a Benny Dee. This aftertaste is delicious and unlike any other I have experienced.
