Gotemba Ishikawa Brewery is a new sake brewery that was created in January 2025.
Fuji and "Gotemba Koshihikari" (rice) were attractive to me, so I bought some at the brewery🗻.
Fuji & limited quantity serial number 41 (drunk). I'm kind of excited♪♪
The taste has a slight sweetness, followed by an alty feeling, and then an astringent & bitter aftertaste that passes down the throat 🍶.
If you like classical sake, this is the sake for you 🍶.
