ユウサンI wanted to try this sake because of its good reputation.
I bought it when I saw a notice of sale at a distributor.
(It was a package deal, but...)
It is easy to drink and has no habits.
It has little alcohol smell.
It goes well with everything.
However, the impression was hazy because Shizenigo was too delicious lol.

I enjoyed the white sake so much that I bought it after hearing that it was the sake this brewer wanted to make the most.
It is less sweet than the white and does not interfere with meals.
The alcohol smell is not too strong, and it is smooth and easy to drink!

ユウサンYamori's summer sake.
I had it at a sushi restaurant and enjoyed it so much I ordered it!
I still have some Yamamoto left that I opened, but I couldn't resist and opened it lol.
It's very tasty, with a slight sparkle, refreshing in the mouth, and smooth and easy to drink.
Personally, I find it as easy to drink as Niimasa NO6.
This sake made me realize that expensive sake is not always the best.
I personally remember that I wonder if it is safe to drink it every day even though I am a weak drinker 😅 lol.
(I can only drink about 100ml).

It is made by a wine maker(?). So I thought the smoothness of the wine was like wine.
However, the alcohol is not too strong, and it is sake.
It was tasty, but I liked the final taste of Niimasa better.

ユウサンAt a yakitori restaurant I visited last week.
This is the third kind of Shinsei.
It wasn't No.6, but I got excited when I found Shinsei on the list!
It tasted a little sour (not as sour as Hinotori), but like No. 6, it was smooth and easy to drink.
I like sour drinks, so it was quite tasty.
I asked a local distributor if they had anything similar to Nilgame, but they said Nilgame is difficult to find.
I guess that's how unique this sake is.
I would like to drink it again if I can find it.
