Just a reminder 🙏. Today I drank at home 🍶I drank Nagasaki's sake "Fukuda" which I bought at Hakata station on the way back from Fukuoka Marathon. I think this is my first time to drink Nagasaki sake, but this sake is very tasty, fruity and a little sour 😋. I thought it would be nice to see more stores carrying Nagasaki sake as I have never seen it before 😌.

Sorry for the reminder 🙏 I haven't been to "Ochoko" in Yokogawa for a long time. It's been a while since I've been to Yokogawa's "Ochoko". It's getting colder, so we decided to have heated sake today. The first glass was "Tamagawa" from Kyoto. I recommend heating up this sake. It's really tasty!

This is a memorandum of my second drink 🙏 at Sushi & Cuisine Kei, a sushi restaurant in Hakata, Japan. The second drink 🍶 at "Sushi & Cuisine Kei", a sushi restaurant in Hakata. Sake "Chokyu" from Wakayama 🍶It is very tasty with a strong taste of rice 😋.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today was the Fukuoka Marathon 🏃‍♂️💨 I finished the marathon safely, so I wanted to have sushi at the end of the marathon by myself, so I checked the internet and came to "Sushi & Cuisine Kei" near my hotel. It is a cosy restaurant and highly recommended. 🙋‍♂️ There was a sake from Kyushu called "Nabeshima" from Saga, but I decided on "Ishizuchi" from Ehime 🍶 Sake is delicious even in Kyushu😋.

Just a reminder 🙏. The third cup of sake at SAKE Bar Yuu was a cup of Oita's Nishinoseki sake called "Uchi mo Tonari mo Nishinoseki" 😆. I asked them to warm it up for me 🍶. It's getting colder and colder this time of year, and the flavor of heated sake really comes to the fore 😋.

Sorry for the memorandum 🙏 The second drink at "SAKE Bar Yuu" was also Kabe's sake, "Asahihou". The second drink at "SAKE Bar Yuu" was also Kabe's sake, "Kyokuho" 🍶. It is said to be the only remaining brewery in Kabe. I think that local sake tastes better in a place where there is a sake brewery 😋.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today I went to Asakita-ku for work. I was going to go home from Kabe station, but before I got on the JR train, I found a store with cedar balls in front of Kabe station 💡 I thought this was a good idea and jumped in 😆. The name of the store is "SAKE Bar Yuu". They had rare sake from all over Japan 🤩. The first sake was Iwate's "Taxi Driver" 🍶I had seen this label before, but this was my first time drinking it 🤩. Iwate's sake, Yuko's thought, is delicious 😋.

A reminder and a smear 🙏. Fourth drink at a friend's house today 🍶. This sake has the ultimate rice polishing ratio of 8 percent 🤩. I have never had a sake like this. Even with such a low ratio, the taste of the rice is still strong and very tasty 😋.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today is lunchtime drinking at a friend's house 🍶. The sake was given to us by a retiree. I can't usually drink these drinks 🙌! The first glass is not a daiginjo from Kamotsuru, but a daiginmine. Definitely delicious 😋.
