Igarashi-san has been on my mind for a long time.
It has a citrusy aroma with a fizzy opening. It smells like lemon.
When I put it in my mouth, it was like a soda water without taste or aroma. It was like soda water without taste or aroma.
It has a bitter taste from the fizz, so it tastes like a light lemon squash?
Was this the type of water that has no flavor unless you wait a while after opening the bottle?
Or has too much time passed between buying and opening the bottle?
Is this something I should evaluate?
On the third day after opening the bottle, the aroma and taste are more noticeable than when the bottle was opened, but it is quite light and unsatisfactory.
Hmmm, it is rare to find a sake that gives such a different impression from other people's reviews.
I don't know if this is what Kitashizuku is like or if Igarashi-san is going in this direction.
I guess I'll have to try a different sake rice.
