I'm looking forward to drinking it in summer every year. I was able to buy it again this year (^^). As the name suggests, when you pour it into a cup, it has a fizzy feeling and it is sizzling. The name makes me think that it is quite sweet. The taste is just the right balance of slightly sweet, making you think that it is. Delicious as always❗. Personally, I can't start the summer without drinking this (>_<)

The label of a small devil and the moon, and "Hakurosuishu" in the display are fairy-tale. The year before last, I bought the sake because the label and the product name "fairy" were cute and the sake rice "Yukigami" caught my interest, and I became a fan after drinking it (>_<) Last year, I couldn't buy it because it didn't fit the timing of the line at the liquor store I usually go to, but this year I was able to buy it❗. I thought it would be sweet from the name and the label, but it was refreshing and a little spicy. It's just the right flavor for me personally, and I can't stop tipping my cup. The feeling that captivates the drinker is truly a little devil (lol) I want to buy it again next year.

Tedorigawa's Junmai Daiginjo Namazake made with "Hyakumangoku no Shiro", a sake rice developed by Ishikawa Prefecture. We drank it last year, but this year, too, it has a good balance of spiciness, acidity, and fruity taste! It feels like it goes down your throat easily. Of all the sake made from Hyakumangoku no Shiro, Tedorigawa is the one that suits my taste best. I had it with the meat tofu with shichimi pepper (^^) delicious🎵!

I ran to the liquor store in March to buy the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Kamikimoto, the same company that produces "Sakewachi" and "Yone Label", which I look forward to every year. We opened the bottle with full expectation. The sweetness and umami of the rice lingered on my tongue for a while, and the ginjo aroma that came through the nose combined to create a really nice aftertaste and lingering taste! It's just like it's called "full-bodied". I'm becoming more and more a fan of Kamikimoto (^^)

This sake is brewed with natural lactobacillus acidophilus and brewer's yeast using a method called "Mizutakamoto" which was established in the Muromachi period. I bought it because of the sake degree -40. ...Yeah, it's like honey juice (lol). It's very sweet, but it's not too strong and tasty❗ According to the explanation of the liquor store where I bought it, it has enough sourness to be understood even if you say it's wine, so it goes well with sour dishes such as firefly squid with vinegared miso. So it goes well with sour dishes like firefly squid with vinegared miso. It's true, even if they say it's a sweet wine, you might believe it. It has a big impact when you drink it...(^^)

I drank it last spring and became a fan of Takeha's "Okunoto". I like the slightly sweet yogurt-like flavor that comes through the nose (^^) This sake is made with rice from Noto and yeast from seaweed from Noto. It was awarded the highest gold medal in the "Delicious sake in a wine glass award 2020". IWC (International Wine Challenge) 2020 Gold Medal in the category of Junmai-shu in the SAKE category. In addition, it was awarded the Regional Trophy for the best sake in the category. It has been highly evaluated in many places. Oh, it's delicious no matter how many times I drink it! It goes down my throat so easily!

This is the No.6 yeast version of the sake made by the same process with a different yeast from Yamamoto. It has a very simple label. It's been a while since I've had a sake from Akita Prefecture. Why is that? It's not really my hometown, but all the sake from Akita suits my taste (^^) And if it's the yeast of my personal hall of fame brand "Shinsei", I can't help but buy it (lol). It has a softer, sweeter, gentler taste in the mouth than other brands of sake, and I really like the flavor and taste.

No added yeast (brewer's yeast) Wood bucket brewing (new wood bucket) Sake mother Raw, unfiltered sake ...and 90% polished rice sake made using the same method as in the Edo period. The characteristic feature of this sake is that there is a hole in the lid to release gas. The lees are settled, so we drank both the supernatant as it is and the lees mixed in. Other people have described it as "rice juice", but well... Well... yeah, it's definitely juice. The one mixed with lees especially looks and tastes like "Carus Soda" (lol), but it's really easy to drink. I thought the rice was polished to 90% and that it would have a lot of miscellaneous flavors, but it tastes better than a bad Junmai Ginjo❗. I usually drink only one bottle of sake per night, but tonight is an exception. But tonight was an exception, because it was so delicious that the bottle was empty in less than five minutes.

It was named after the story of a flower blooming on a dead tree, with the hope that the harsh days will pass and the day when we can meet everyone with a smile will come soon (^^). I thought it would be quite dry because it has the highest sake content among the Yuho I've drunk so far, but the fruity feeling comes first, and afterwards, the clean spiciness goes through the nose. Just the right balance! I'm going to let it sit in the fridge for a bit and see if the taste changes.

The first sake of the new year was Junmai Daiginjo of Toyo Bijin. I was looking forward to opening the bottle from the end of the year (^^) It has a gorgeous fruity aftertaste. And the price is good. I think Toyo Bijin is a brand that belongs in my personal hall of fame.

I was looking for a good low-polished sake and bought it because of its distinctive label. According to the liquor store where I bought it. I'd recommend cold sake, but it's interesting to see how the flavor changes as you drink it at room temperature. He said. So we served half of it cold and the rest warmed up a bit. When you drink it cold, it's like a spicy feeling at first, then the various flavors spread out in your mouth and leave a lingering taste of flavor. When you warm it up a bit, the flavors become gorgeous, and this one is just as good! According to the liquor store, they recommend tasting it after a few days after opening the seal, so I'll be looking forward to drinking it with my dinner for a while.

Since last year, Kamishin Shuzo, the brewery that produces the "Winter Moon" that we look forward to every winter, has named this sake after the brewery. The "heart" label is cool. The liquor store where I bought it is sweet! It's certainly a delicious, sweet sake with a pineapple flavor that spreads in the mouth, just as he said. He said he made it with the aim of making a food juggernaut that you'll want to drink all the time, and the sake was certainly emptying at a faster pace than usual. You'll be tempted to add more sake to the Tokuri... just a little more... lol.

Due to the corona, there was more sake left in the brewery's tank than usual, so they blended a Junmai Daiginjo with a regular Junmai Ginjo to make a Junmai Ginjo that was one rank higher than the usual Junmai Ginjo in order to free up the tank for new sake. The taste is as good as you'd expect from "Gotohashi". The fruity taste that goes through the nose is pleasant. And if you keep it in the fridge for three days after opening the bottle, it tastes even mellower. And yet, it's 1,100 yen for a four-pack. That's a great costumer! The liquor store where I bought it says the brewer is yakuza (lol). The label pops and catches your eye.

Youho is made with "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" sake rice developed by Ishikawa Prefecture. Compared to the usual Yuho, it is a low alcohol brew using different yeast. It has a beautiful egregious label. In order to enjoy the difference, I compared it with the normal Yuho. Compared to the normal Yuho, the ginjo aroma goes through the nose and it is delicious!

Since it was said that the dinner was a garlic-filled stamina grill, the liquor store I knew had some drinks to go with it. I was introduced to the product by Mr. K. and purchased it. The label says that I recommend taking it out of the refrigerator shortly before drinking it, and that it should be slightly cold. I drank that way. Sure, it might go well with a thickly seasoned dish (^^) Delicious ❗
