This sake is brewed with natural lactobacillus acidophilus and brewer's yeast using a method called "Mizutakamoto" which was established in the Muromachi period.
I bought it because of the sake degree -40.
...Yeah, it's like honey juice (lol).
It's very sweet, but it's not too strong and tasty❗
According to the explanation of the liquor store where I bought it, it has enough sourness to be understood even if you say it's wine, so it goes well with sour dishes such as firefly squid with vinegared miso. So it goes well with sour dishes like firefly squid with vinegared miso.
