きゅうり
This is the No.6 yeast version of the sake made by the same process with a different yeast from Yamamoto.
It has a very simple label.
It's been a while since I've had a sake from Akita Prefecture. Why is that? It's not really my hometown, but all the sake from Akita suits my taste (^^)
And if it's the yeast of my personal hall of fame brand "Shinsei", I can't help but buy it (lol).
It has a softer, sweeter, gentler taste in the mouth than other brands of sake, and I really like the flavor and taste.
