Tedorigawa純米大吟醸 生酒 百万石乃白
きゅうり
Tedorigawa's Junmai Daiginjo Namazake made with "Hyakumangoku no Shiro", a sake rice developed by Ishikawa Prefecture.
We drank it last year, but this year, too, it has a good balance of spiciness, acidity, and fruity taste! It feels like it goes down your throat easily.
Of all the sake made from Hyakumangoku no Shiro, Tedorigawa is the one that suits my taste best.
I had it with the meat tofu with shichimi pepper (^^) delicious🎵!
