Clean, sour, light, dry. It has a completely different mouthfeel from the Ryuriki we drank before! This is what summer sake is all about! It's so refreshing that you can drink it easily, but at the end of the drink you can feel the acidity in your mouth!

Fruity, slightly carbonated, mellow, dry, bitter, sour. The moment you put it in your mouth, it's fruity, but gradually it becomes pungent, sour, and bitter! I bought it at my favorite liquor store because it's only sold by reservation once a year! Kuheiji is delicious!

Fruity banana, carbon dioxide, and gas. sweet Highly carbonated and fruity! It's so gassy you can see the bubbles in the picture! I was drinking sake and I had no idea what you guys compared to various fruits. This is a banana! (That's just my personal opinion, lol.)
