Unfiltered unpasteurized sake It seems to be written "Seikai" and read "Sky"! I bought it because I fell in love with its naming sense! I had an image of a sweet sake, but this is not it! But I was surprised to find that it has a nice, crisp taste with a bit of a "shwashuwa" flavor! I applaud the excellent balance of the two.
