This sparkling sake was served at the BAR Yumegun, located above the Mikuyo Antenna Shop in Kochi.
The beautiful wisteria-colored bottle is going to run out, and the bottle design might be changed next year.
When opening the bottle, it is best to open it at an angle and repeat opening and closing the lid a little at a time to prevent the carbonation from draining out.
