It's made with additive-free yeast x water yeast x flower base (Wild Yeast) 🥹.
Somehow the standing aroma also has a dry hop gorgeous citrus aroma (lemon, greefru) with a rich bouquet as if bees made sweet honey in a flower field.
In the mouth, the peach nectar and mead-like flavor is followed by a bitter spiciness like an adult lemonade, and the sourness and slightly gassy throat that rounds it all out is very delicious 😋😋😋😋.
