It was a Kyoto souvenir. It was a bit more gunky than I expected and not that good at it. Other people's impressions said it was easy to drink and refreshing. I wonder what the difference is. I have another bottle of Sasaki Sake Brewery to look forward to!

Stable. I like it. I can drink it easily. If you drink it in the middle to the end of the day, it comes all at once after you get home.
