Nama-shu is brewed with 80% polished rice from Nara Prefecture's dewy leaf wind, a sake rice produced only in Nara Prefecture.
It has a fresh aroma, complex but not unpleasant flavor, sweetness, and intense acidity. Delicious!
This is one of a series of sake 4-goupe bottles at Sake no Kakuyasu for 888 yen without tax.
I thought it was a pretty good deal to get a Junmai Daiginjo for ¥888, but, well, it was still the finish at that price.
It has a ginjo aroma, but the overall flavor is heavy and nettlesome, with a hint of cloying and smokiness that I don't really like.
Mellow sake
An orthodox sake with a nettlesome sweetness that is similar to the amazake-like aroma one gets when imagining sake.
The low acidity level does not give it a refreshing feeling.

Delicious! The aroma, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of grapes and lactic acid beverages, and the refreshing but drinkable taste is right in the middle of my favorites!
Delicious - I love it!

The mouthfeel is heavy with a melon aroma, and although it has a little bit of an eggy, layered feel, it is essentially a delicious Daishinshu, which I like.

It is refreshing and tasty anyway, as is typical of Mikotsuru!
It is light and easy to drink with a good sweetness and acidity.
The characteristic aroma is weak, but the slight effervescence makes it easy to continue drinking!
It is very floral and fruity, with a high level of acidity, sweetness, and umami, and is easy to drink.
It is a very tasty, modern sake made by a young master brewer in a long-established brewery, and the price of 1,400 yen for a four-pack is reasonable.
I have bought and tried many Chichibu sake, but I like this Buko-Masamune the best.
While other Chichibu sakes have a somewhat dry, ricey smell, this Buko-Masamune is clean, dry, and slightly fruity. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarities. In other words, it is about the same quality as a proper sake that is commonly consumed.
It is light and dry, but has a moderate acidity and sweetness, and a rich umami and rice aroma that is not unpleasant. If you are going to continue drinking this sake, I recommend you to drink it with Koiwu sake.
It is delicious.
Very tasty, with a rich lactic acidic acidity, rice flavor, and sweetness.
There is a slight lingering edginess underneath, but not enough to be bothersome.
Since it is a draft sake, it is very delicious when drunk on the rocks, with its fresh, light aroma, sweetness and acidity typical of Sawanoi.
I have tried a variety of Sawanoi and they are all delicious.
Sake sold at the Mimine Shrine store.
It has the taste and aroma of old-fashioned sake, and the aroma and flavor of rice.
At Mimine Shrine, a small bottle of this sake is sold in a set with an original sake cup.
I bought this sake with high expectations because Sawanoi's 150-day aged type was so delicious.
Since it is a pure sake, it has a gorgeous sweet aroma when drunk on the rocks with ice, and you can enjoy the slightly mellow, thick sweetness and umami that is typical of matured sake. It is delicious.
Purchased at Sawanoi-en's store near Ozawa Shuzo's brewery.
I asked the clerk, "Do you have any sake that can only be purchased here?" The clerk was very kind and told us about the characteristics of the various sakes and the limited number of sakes they distribute to restaurants, so we bought this one.
Nama sake can sometimes be a bit harsh when freshly opened, but this one is very easy to drink and tastes great without being harsh, perhaps because it has been aged for about six months or because it is an aromatic sake to begin with.
It has a light and gorgeous ginjo-like aroma, sweetness, and acidity, and is especially delicious because the umami of the rice that forms the base of the sake can be felt well.
