未曾有Mellow sake
An orthodox sake with a nettlesome sweetness that is similar to the amazake-like aroma one gets when imagining sake.

Delicious! The aroma, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of grapes and lactic acid beverages, and the refreshing but drinkable taste is right in the middle of my favorites!

The mouthfeel is heavy with a melon aroma, and although it has a little bit of an eggy, layered feel, it is essentially a delicious Daishinshu, which I like. 未曾有At the fermentation bar brewing, right side of the picture
It is refreshing and tasty anyway, as is typical of Mikotsuru!
It is light and easy to drink with a good sweetness and acidity.
