Mellow sake
An orthodox sake with a nettlesome sweetness that is similar to the amazake-like aroma one gets when imagining sake.
The low acidity level does not give it a refreshing feeling.

Delicious! The aroma, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of grapes and lactic acid beverages, and the refreshing but drinkable taste is right in the middle of my favorites!
Delicious - I love it!

The mouthfeel is heavy with a melon aroma, and although it has a little bit of an eggy, layered feel, it is essentially a delicious Daishinshu, which I like.

It is refreshing and tasty anyway, as is typical of Mikotsuru!
It is light and easy to drink with a good sweetness and acidity.
The characteristic aroma is weak, but the slight effervescence makes it easy to continue drinking!
