At Fermentation Bar Brewing, right side of photo. Delicious! The aroma, sweetness and acidity that reminds me of grapes and lactic acid beverages, and the refreshing but drinkable taste is right in the middle of my favorites! Delicious - I love it!

At fermentation bar brewing, middle of the picture. The mouthfeel is heavy with a melon aroma, and although it has a little bit of an eggy, layered feel, it is essentially a delicious Daishinshu, which I like.

At the fermentation bar brewing, right side of the picture It is refreshing and tasty anyway, as is typical of Mikotsuru! It is light and easy to drink with a good sweetness and acidity. The characteristic aroma is weak, but the slight effervescence makes it easy to continue drinking!
